*** I have something specific in mind, can I place a custom order? ***
Yes! One of my favorite things to do is to design a unique piece to suit a specific event, personality, or mood. I happily
accept custom orders, and would love to help you create a special piece, either as a one-of-a-kind creation or as matching
sets for bridal parties. Jewelry makes a great gift! Colors and jewelry findings (clasps, earring hooks, etc.) can be substituted
for any of the styles on this site. I can also help you create a new piece using beads you may have from vintage or gently
used jewelry.

materials and pricing. Thanks, we'll try to get back to you within 2 business days!
*** For alterations to an existing style, please specify the stock number of the piece and what customizations you would
like made (color, different findings, etc.)
*** For a new design, please provide a description of what you have in mind, including colors, dimensions, stones or beads,
jewelry findings, and any additional information that would be helpful. Please attach a photo if there is a piece you would
like the design to be based on.
*** What payment methods are accepted? ***
Perfectly Strung Jewelry accepts cash and checks in person,or by mail. Credit and debit cards are not accepted at this
time. Sorry for any inconvenience. Paypal will be available soon.
*** How does shipping work? ***
Shipping is offered at the flat rates listed below, and your purchase should arrive within two weeks of your online order.
If you live in the San Francisco bay area, please contact Nancy directly to see if your delivery can be made in person to
avoid any shipping costs.

All orders can be returned, unused and in original packaging, for up to 30 days to receive a full refund. Shipping costs
cannot be refunded. All returns need to be insured if over $100 USD in value. If, during shipping or normal wear, a piece
is damaged or breaks, return the piece to Perfectly Strung Jewelry at any time for free repair service.
*** How do I keep my jewelry looking new? ***
A little work goes a long way. Sterling Silver can tarnish over time, but buffing with a soft cotton cloth or keeping
jewelry enclosed in a cloth or sealed plastic bag will keep your pieces looking shiny for many years.
